DianaVPN (“we”, “us”) is an independent VPN review lab. We are not a VPN provider. This policy explains what we collect on www.dianavpn.com and related editorial tools.
What we collect
- Server logs. Hosting and CDN may store IP address, user agent, referrer, and requested URL for security and reliability.
- Cookies. Essential cookies keep language and site settings. Optional analytics cookies run only after consent. See the Cookie Policy.
- Outbound clicks. Review pages may link to a VPN’s official site. If a link is sponsored, we may record that the click happened, not what you do after you leave.
- Messages you send us. If you email the editorial team, we keep the correspondence to reply.
What we do not do
- We do not sell scores, rankings, or personal data.
- We do not operate VPN tunnels or see your browsing through a VPN app.
- We do not require an account to read reviews.
Why we process data
We process logs and essential cookies to run the site (legitimate interest / contract). Optional analytics run on consent. Commission links are disclosed in the footer; they do not change scores.
Retention
Security logs are typically kept for 30–90 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse. Editorial mail is kept as long as the conversation is relevant.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent. Contact [email protected].
International transfers
The public site is static HTML. Build and CMS tools may run on servers outside your country. We use processors only to host, deliver, and measure the site.
Changes
We will update this page when the practice changes. The date at the top is the last revision.
